The Beck School of Practical Nursing offers top-notch training to future CNAs, with hands-on experience and quality instruction that fits with the demands of day-to-day life. In other words, we make it easier for our students to excel — while in the program and while out in the field!

Program Structure

The Beck Certified Nurse Aide class is offered year round. Class days will vary from session to session. Please see class schedules for more specific information.

The Beck CNA program is open to all students who meet admission requirements and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Nurses Assistant Exam to obtain CNA Licensure in the State of Illinois.  The decision to write the exam rests solely with the Illinois Department of Public Health.  Successful completion of the program does not guarantee eligibility to sit for the CNA exam.

We will register and confirm your eligibility to take the Nurse Aide Competency Exam. The student is required to schedule and pay for the examination.
